Surrender of surplus property. If the Property becomes surplus to DHA’s requirements, the Lessor may elect, within 30 days of receipt of a written offer by XXX, to surrender this agreement at a date agreed by the parties.

Surrender of Property Contractor will ensure that the property will be returned to HCA in like condition to that in which it was furnished to Contractor, reasonable wear and tear expected.
