Common use of Survey; Flood Hazard Clause in Contracts

Survey; Flood Hazard. Buyer shall have received a current ALTA survey of each of the Properties, the form and substance of which shall be satisfactory to Buyer in its sole discretion. Sellers shall have provided Buyer with evidence satisfactory to Buyer that the location of each of the Properties is not within the 100-year flood plain or identified as a Special Flood Hazard Area by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, or if any of the Properties is in such a Special Flood Hazard Area, Sellers shall provide Buyer with evidence of flood insurance maintained on such Properties in amounts and on terms and conditions satisfactory to Buyer.
