Common use of Survival During Wind-Down Period Clause in Contracts

Survival During Wind-Down Period. Upon any termination hereunder, the Term shall continue, and this Agreement shall survive in full force and effect, beyond the Termination Date until the end of the Wind-Down Period, and the rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement, including without limitation remedies available upon the occurrence of events constituting Cause or material breach, shall continue with respect to the Covered Aircraft until they are withdrawn from this Agreement.
