Survival of Certain Rights and Obligations. The rights and obligations of the parties under Section 5.3 and Articles I and VIII shall survive any termination of this Agreement. No termination of this Agreement limits or otherwise affects the rights and obligations of any party that have accrued before the date of such termination.
