Common use of Survivor Assistance Benefit Clause in Contracts

Survivor Assistance Benefit. 1859 Effective July 1, 1994, full-time and regularly scheduled part-time employees will be provided with a survivor assistance benefit equal to one (1) month's base wages (prorated for part-time employees). This benefit is payable to a designated beneficiary during the period immediately following the death of the employee.
