SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION POLICY. This Suspension and Termination Policy forms a part of the Agreement and is intended to be read along with the Terms of Use and other Policies. Without prejudice to any other provision of the Agreement, the intention of this Suspension and Termination Policy is to clarify the extent of restrictive actions taken on your Account by Cryptoforce. This Suspension and Termination Policy is not an exhaustive document that prescribes all reasons and scenarios in which your Account may be suspended or terminated, nor when your access to the Cryptoforce Offering will be blocked. This Suspension and Termination Policy is instated without prejudice to any other terms of the Agreement.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION POLICY. The school attempts to provide an environment where children are able to interact with peers as they grow and mature in a loving atmosphere. The school recognizes that some children adapt more easily than others and that there will be varying periods of adjustment for each child. If, after a reasonable period of time, the school determines that a child is not able to participate in a way that benefits the child and the other children in the program, the school retains the right to request that a child be suspended or withdrawn. The school recognizes its responsibilities to each child admitted; and therefore, the decision to ask a family to withdraw their child will only be made after discussions with the child’s parents or guardians. An explanation will be given to the child, consistent with his/her ability to understand. In the event of suspension or termination, tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis. Further information regarding suspension and termination can be found in the Parent Handbook. Non-Discrimination Policy Sunny Hill Preschool does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, cultural heritage, political belief, marital status, sexual orientation, disability or toilet training in administration of hiring policies, admissions policies, educational policies, scholarship fund or any other school programs.

  • DURATION, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION A. Effective Date: The effective date of this agreement is November 11, 2023, provided that SSA reported the proposal to re-establish this matching program to the Congressional committees of jurisdiction and OMB in accordance with 5 U.S.C. § 552a(o)(2)(A) and OMB Circular A-108 (December 23, 2016), and SSA published notice of the matching program in the Federal Register in accordance with 5 U.S.C. § 552a(e)(12). B. Duration: This agreement will be in effect for a period of 18 months. C. Renewal: The DIBs of VA and SSA may, within 3 months prior to the expiration of this agreement, renew this agreement for a period not to exceed 12 months if VA and SSA can certify to their DIBs that: 1. The matching program will be conducted without change; and 2. VA and SSA have conducted the matching program in compliance with the original agreement. If either party does not want to continue this program, it must notify the other agency of its intention not to continue at least 90 days before the end of the period of the agreement.

  • Modification and Termination No agreement to modify, amend, extend, supersede, terminate, or discharge this Settlement Agreement, or any portion thereof, is valid or enforceable unless it is in writing and signed by all Parties to this Settlement Agreement.

  • Duration and Termination This Agreement shall become effective with respect to each Fund as of the corresponding effective date indicated in Appendix A and, unless sooner terminated with respect to a Fund as provided herein, shall continue in effect for a period of two years as to such Fund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement may be terminated by the Trust at any time as to a Fund, without the payment of any penalty, upon giving the Advisor 60 days’ notice (which notice may be waived by the Advisor), provided that such termination by the Trust shall be directed or approved (x) by the vote of a majority of the Trustees of the Trust in office at the time or by the vote of the holders of a majority of the voting securities of the Fund at the time outstanding and entitled to vote, or (y) by the Advisor on 60 days’ written notice (which notice may be waived by the Trust). This Agreement will also immediately terminate in the event of its assignment. (As used in this Agreement, the terms “majority of the outstanding voting securities,” “interested person” and “assignment” shall have the same meanings of such terms in the 1940 Act.)

  • Expiration and Termination This Agreement is for one academic year (August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2019) and will automatically renew for the following academic year unless terminated as indicated below by either party. a. Upon termination of the Trust or of any one or more series or classes of Shares, after paying or otherwise providing for all charges, taxes, expenses and liabilities, whether due or accrued or anticipated, of the Trust or of the particular series or class, as may be determined by the Trustees, the Trust shall in accordance with such procedures as the Trustees consider appropriate reduce the remaining assets to distributable form in cash or shares or other property, or any combination thereof, and distribute the proceeds to the Shareholders of the series or class(es) involved, ratably according to the number of Shares of such series or class held by the several Shareholders on the date of termination, except to the extent otherwise required or permitted by the preferences and special or relative rights and privileges of any classes or series of Shares.
