Common use of Suspension, Exclusion and Required Removal Clause in Contracts

Suspension, Exclusion and Required Removal. (a) The Headmaster’s or the Head’s discretion to suspend or exclude your child from the School (b) Where you can find examples of offences punishable by suspension or expulsion (c) The Headmaster’s or the Head’s discretion to require you to remove your child from the School (i) your behaviour or conduct (or the behaviour or conduct of one of you): is unreasonable; and or adversely affects (or is likely to adversely affect) your child's or other children's progress at the School, or the wellbeing of School staff; and or brings (or is likely to bring) the School into disrepute; and or is not in accordance with your obligations under this contract or because we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong; (ii) your child's attendance or progress is unsatisfactory and, in the reasonable opinion of the Headmaster or the Head, the removal is in the School's best interests and or those of your child or other children. (d) What happens if your child is suspended, excluded or removed from the School (e) Your right to have disciplinary matters or decisions reviewed
