Suspension of Certain Loan Payments. Pursuant to the Sponsor’s Loan Policy, loan payments may be suspended under this Plan: (a) as permitted under Section 414(u)(4) of the Code during Participants’ periods of military service; and (b) during any Participants’ leave of absence, as defined in Section 72(p) of the Code and the regulations thereunder, but in to event shall such suspension exceed one year.
