Swing Line Sublimit. An amount equal to the lesser of (a) $10,000,000 and (b) the Total Commitment. The Swing Line Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Total Commitment.
Swing Line Sublimit. The U.S. Swing Line Sublimit may be increased pursuant to Section 2.1(b).
Swing Line Sublimit. An amount equal to the lesser of (a) $20,000,000 and (b) the Total Commitments. The Swing Line Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Total Commitments. Swiss Franc or SwF. The lawful currency of Switzerland.
Swing Line Sublimit. An amount equal to Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000). The Swing Line Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Total Commitment.
Swing Line Sublimit in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Swing Line Sublimit. On the terms and subject to the conditions of this Amendment, the definition of Swing Line Sublimit in Section 1.01 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
Swing Line Sublimit. If at any time, the outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Loans shall exceed the Swing Line Sublimit, the Borrower immediately shall prepay the Swing Line Loans in an amount sufficient to eliminate such excess.
Swing Line Sublimit. $0. The Swing Line Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Commitments.
Swing Line Sublimit. The Swing Line Sublimit with respect to the 2021 Revolving Credit Commitments shall be identical to the Swing Line Sublimit with respect to Revolving Credit Commitments provided in the Credit Agreement on the Fifth Amendment Effective Date, subject to any subsequent reduction on the terms provided in the Credit Agreement.
Swing Line Sublimit. $48,000,000, or such other amount constituting the “Swing Line Sublimit” (as defined in the Credit Agreement) as Bank may be advised by Administrative Agent.
