System for Award Management. (XXX). In order to receive a financial assistance award and to ensure proper payment, it is required that Cooperator maintain their registration with XXX, accessed at xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov. Failure to maintain registration can impact obligations and payments under this Agreement and/or any other financial assistance or procurements documents the Cooperator may have with the Federal government.
System for Award Management. Recipient must comply with applicable requirements regarding the federal System for Award Management (XXX), currently accessible at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov. This includes applicable requirements regarding registration with XXX, as well as maintaining current information in XXX.
System for Award Management. The City agrees it shall maintain current registrations in the System for Award Management (xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov) at all times during which it has active federal awards.

System for Award Management. SELLER is responsible at time of award, during performance and through final payment of any Contract for the accuracy and completeness of the data within the XXX and to remain current and active within the same. SELLER is required to review and update on an annual basis from the date of initial registration or subsequently update its information to ensure it is current, accurate and complete. Updating information in the XXX does not alter the terms and conditions of this Order and is not a substitute for a properly executed contractual document. If SELLER has legally changed its business name, “doing business as” name, or division name (whichever is shown on the Order),
System for Award Management. (XXX) means the Federal repository into which a recipient must provide information required for the conduct of business as a recipient. Additional information about registration procedures may be found at the XXX internet site (currently at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov).

THECB is federally mandated to adhere to the directions provided in the President’s Executive Order 13224, Executive Order on Terrorist Financing – Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions With Persons Who Commit, Threaten To Commit, or Support Terrorism, and any subsequent changes made to it. Contractor certifies that Contractor is in compliance with the state of Texas statutes and rules relating to procurement and that Contractor is not listed on the federal government’s terrorism watch list as described in Executive Order 13224.
