Systems Engineer. The LRT Consultant will employ the Systems Engineer that was presented by it on behalf of the LRT Consultant, within the framework of the Proposal and approved by the Company. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design control and supervision of all railway systems including but not limited to Power and Electrification, Signaling and Train Control, Communication systems, Traffic signaling and wayside equipment.

TRAINING PROGRAM Any onsite training performed under this agreement will be priced at $2,200 per day and includes all other expenses. PAYMENT SCHEDULE The schedule of payment is as follows: All hosting fees are invoiced at contract execution. Any training requested under this agreement will be invoiced after delivery. Addendum Reference (Date/Number/Code) This addendum specifies additional software licenses and services to be provided by Noble Software Group, LLC ("NOBLE") to Fort Bend County ("Client"). i. Where a Systems Engineer undertakes a turn on the weekly On Call “Standby” roster rotation, they will be paid an allowance of five (5) dollars per hour to cover the out of hours periods as follows: • Monday to Friday five (5) by thirteen (13) hours per day for 1800 to 0700 coverage. • Saturday and Sunday forty-eight (48) hours’ coverage.
ii. An Employee rostered On Call “Standby” on a week day where a Public Holiday falls will be required to be available to cover and paid the above mentioned allowance for the additional eleven (11) hour portion of that Public Holiday.

Systems Engineer. Participant in WP5, Dr Xxxxxxxxx has a PhD in Software Engineering, an MIng in Systems Engineering and a BIng in Electronics Engineering. She has worked for several high- tech engineering companies including aerospace and is currently the Head of Systems Engineering at the UK ATC. Xx X. Evans: has a PhD in Astronomy (2001) and is the instrument scientist for the EAGLE study for a near-IR, multi-object spectrograph for the E-ELT, and for new studies for multi-object spectrographs for the WHT in La Palma and for ESO's VLT. He is the PI of an ESO Large Programme with VLT-FLAMES. He will play a key role in WP9, the Innovation Network.
Systems Engineer. Senior: Must possess an advanced degree in electrical or electronic engineering, computer science, computer engineering or system engineering related area with at least eight years experience in that field. Five years of this work experience must be directly related to the above description. Alternate qualifications include (a) a Ph.D. may be substituted for two years related experience or (b) a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years experience.
