Systems & Services. The School shall implement, at a minimum: a. A child-find system to identify students with disabilities and students who are suspected of having disabilities; such system will include a procedure for receiving referrals from parents, teachers, outside agencies, and physicians. b. A system for conducting comprehensive initial and reevaluations to determine eligibility for special education and related services.
