Review of Submittals A/E and ODR review is only for conformance with the design concept and the information provided in the Contract Documents. Responses to submittals will be in writing. The approval of a separate item does not indicate approval of an assembly in which the item functions. The approval of a submittal does not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for any deviation from the requirements of the Contract unless the Contractor informs the A/E and ODR of such deviation in a clear, conspicuous, and written manner on the submittal transmittal and at the time of submission, and obtains the A/E’s and Owner’s written specific approval of the particular deviation.
ELECTRONIC SUBMITTALS 3.1. Submittal Exchange® (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) shall be used to provide an on-line database and repository, which shall be used to transmit and track project-related documents. The intent for using this service is to expedite the construction process by reducing paperwork, improving information flow, and decreasing submittal review turnaround time.
Submittals Submittals required by the Contract Documents shall be prepared specifically for the Work by the Contractor to illustrate some portion of the Work. Submittals are not Contract Documents.
Required Submittals Complete shop drawings and manufacturer’s catalog data shall be submitted to the State and approved by the State prior to start of any construction work. Power and lighting panel configuration shall be complete with schedule of branch panels, separate disconnects, and circuit breakers, based on calculated and estimated motor, resistive and lighting loads. All circuits shall be labeled at the panel and at the outlet/power pole for future reference. Location of all electrical receptacles and telephone outlets (including power drops for the systems furnishings) shall be designated on a block floor plan showing the systems furnishings layout provided by the State. Said block floor plan shall be furnished by the State to the Owner/Lessor no later than 4 weeks after approved construction plans are received by the State.
Timing of Submission of Documents No Proceed Order shall be issued until the Owner has received, in good and proper order, the following documents. The documents shall be submitted in accordance with the following schedule:
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Electronic Submissions” shall only include the transmission of documents by email. Concessionaire shall comply with the following terms and conditions:
Claims Submission We will submit your claims and assist you in any way we reasonably can to help get your claims paid. Your insurance company may need you to supply certain information directly. It is your responsibility to comply with their request. Please be aware that the balance of your claim is your responsibility whether or not your insurance company pays your claim. Your insurance benefit is a contract between you and your insurance company; we are not party to that contract.
Requests For Samples By Authorized Users Requests for samples by Authorized Users require the consent of the Contractor. Where Contractor refuses to furnish a sample, Authorized User may, in its sole discretion, make a determination on the performance capability of the Product or on the issue in question. Manufacturer's Recommendations All work or materials shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and requirements. The Contractor shall obtain the manufacturer’s recommendations and requirements, for its use at the Site in executing the Work, copies of bulletins, circulars, catalogues, or other publications bearing the manufacturer’s titles, numbers, editions, dates, etc. If the manufacturer’s recommendations and requirements are not available, the Contractor shall request installation instructions from the Design Professional.
