Tank Laws. “Tank Laws” shall mean all federal, state, regional, county, or municipal environmental statutes, ordinances, rules or regulations relating to the underground storage tanks, including, without limitation, the Federal Underground Storage Law, subtitle 1 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq. together with any amendments thereto, regulations promulgated thereunder and all substitutions thereof, and any successor legislation and regulations.
