  • Examination of Books and Records At reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, Lender, its agents, accountants and attorneys shall have the right to examine the records, books, management and other papers of Borrower which reflect upon their financial condition, at the Property or at any office regularly maintained by Borrower where the books and records are located.   • Failure to Maintain If the Tenant fails to obtain and maintain Renters Insurance as required under this Agreement, it shall be considered a violation and result in default of this Agreement.

  • RECORDS MAINTENANCE The CONTRACTOR shall maintain books, records, documents, data and other evidence relating to this contract and performance of the services described herein, including but not limited to accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly reflect all direct and indirect costs of any nature expended in the performance of this contract. CONTRACTOR shall retain such records for a period of six years following the date of final payment.
