Tattoos and Piercings. Employees will not be discriminated against based on tattoos or piercings worn in compliance with the Employer’s policies. Employees will be allowed to wear piercings of their choice in accordance with the Employer’s policies.

Tattoos and Piercings. I understand and agree that I will not expose any tattoos, tongue piercings, or body piercings (excluding a single piercing in each ear) while at the pageant or any time during my Term of Service. I will not expose any tattoos, tongue piercing, or body piercing while I hold the title within any photos or videos. No photos or videos will be posted on websites, Social Media, message boards, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., without prior written consent of MAP.

  • Disturbance Analysis Data Exchange The Parties will cooperate with one another and the NYISO in the analysis of disturbances to either the Large Generating Facility or the New York State Transmission System by gathering and providing access to any information relating to any disturbance, including information from disturbance recording equipment, protective relay targets, breaker operations and sequence of events records, and any disturbance information required by Good Utility Practice.
