Common use of Taxes and Deductions Clause in Contracts

Taxes and Deductions. All payments provided for in this Agreement will be subject to payroll tax withholding and deductions to the extent required by law. Each party will report, as may be required by law for income tax purposes, its respective payment and receipt of the payments provided for in this Agreement and will bear its respective tax liabilities, if any, arising from this Agreement.
