TAXES, STAMP DUTY AND COSTS. The Customer agrees to pay and indemnify GE Capital against any and all taxes, costs, fees, duties (including GST and stamp duty, if any, except where the payment of such stamp duty by the Customer is prohibited by law) or levies now or hereafter imposed or paid or payable by GE Capital or payable by the Customer in respect of this Agreement, any of the matters contained herein, the Equipment, any Supplement, Periodic Payments or the receipt by GE Capital of any moneys hereunder, together with any penalties or fines in respect of late payment or non-payment thereof and the Customer shall also pay all other costs, expenses and outgoings (including legal costs on a solicitor and client basis) incurred by GE Capital in relation to this Agreement or in the exercise or attempted exercise of any rights or powers conferred on GE Capital hereunder or by the general law.
