Common use of Tea Breaks Clause in Contracts

Tea Breaks. (a) Employees will take only 1 tea break per shift for shifts of 4 hours or longer. (b) Employees on shifts of less than 4 hours will not be entitled to a tea break. (c) A tea break will be a maximum of 15 minutes.
