Teacher Teaching on Call List. a. The Board shall maintain a list of certificated persons who have been placed on the list of Teachers Teaching on Call. The Board shall forward a copy of such a list to the Association in the month of September, and in each subsequent month in the school year. b. Subject to this clause, the Board shall not remove a person from the list of Teachers Teaching on Call during the school year save for just and reasonable cause. A teacher whom the Board intends to remove from the list for the succeeding year shall have the right to an interview with the Superintendent of Schools or designate, at which time substantive reasons for the action shall be given. This meeting shall take place prior to June 1.
