Teachers and Secretaries. A. For services rendered beyond the normal professional responsibilities of the employee, the items listed under Schedule B are to be compensated in the amounts indicated. New activities and/or clubs approved by the Board of Education will receive a starting salary of $488 for year one of the contract. $505 for year two of the contract. $523 for year three of the contract. These clubs and/or activities will be on a probation period for three years. Upon completion of the probationary period, the club and/or activity will be placed on Schedule B. In each year of this Agreement, the salaries set forth in Schedule B will be 0% for the 1st year, 3 and ½% for the 2nd year and 3 and ½% for the 3rd year, as have been reflected in schedule “B” of this agreement.
Teachers and Secretaries. A. The Board agrees to deduct Association dues from the salaries of employees upon request in compliance with Chapter 310, Public Laws of 1967 (N.J.S.A. 25:14-15.9e).

Prescription Drug (including contraceptives) program with a payment schedule as follows: The co-pay shall be $5 for generic drugs, $10 for preferred name brand drugs and $20 for non-preferred name brand drugs. The mail order cost shall be $5, but will cover a 90 day supply of generic, preferred or non-preferred name brand drugs.

Preventative and Diagnostic 100% (no deductible) All other services shall be subject to a $50 per individual / $100 maximum per family deductible. After the deductible is satisfied, coverage shall be as follows: For remaining Basic Services 100% For Prosthodontic Benefits: (including crowns, inlays and gold restorations) 70% For Orthodontic Benefits 50% The maximum amount payable by the insurance carrier for the above dental service provided an eligible patient in any calendar year, excluding Orthodontic Benefits, is $2,500. Orthodontic benefits are subject to an $800 maximum per case, which is separate from the $2,500 maximum applicable to Basic and Prosthodontic Benefits.
