The Charter School shall ensure that all teachers and staff are licensed and endorsed as required by state statutes, State Board rules, Authorizer policies and rules, and meet applicable federal qualifications including exceptional education certified and ESL certified. The Charter School shall also provide any training required by state or federal law.
