The following sub criteria shall be evaluated: A. CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY (79 points) The construction method statement shall include a general execution plan indicating the general utilisation of the site for construction activities by the contractor. 1. Site Establishment (3points) 79 These shall include: a. General site arrangement plans for the site (1) b. General plan of utilisation of the site including the contractors working areas and mobilisation and demobilisation of these sites (1) c. Plan for provision of utilities and facilities such as electricity, water, communication, internet and fuel amongst others (1) 2. Sewerage Reticulation Network (20 points) The bidder shall describe the construction methodology of the sewage reticulation network for the whole of catchment 1 as described in the Volume 3 of the tender documents.
