Technical Assistance Fund. 15.1 Each Public Owner shall establish or has established a dedicated set-aside fund to be used to support diversity and opportunity efforts, including through efforts to advance the skills, knowledge, and ability of workforce and subcontractors (“Technical Assistance Fund”), as set forth in the applicable Public Owner Attachment. For Public Owners establishing Technical Assistance Funds during the term of this Agreement:
Technical Assistance Fund. The fund will enhance the administrative capacity for the implementation of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism in the beneficiary state. It will support measures relating to information on and the promotion of the possibilities of using funds from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism, the preparation of technical documentation, the translation of documents and the assistance of experts and advisors.
Technical Assistance Fund. To set up a Technical Assistance Fund to aid in the implementation of the Financial Mechanisms.
Technical Assistance Fund. 1. Definition and purpose A Technical Assistance Fund may be established to contribute to some additional costs incurred by Lithuania (NCU) for the efficient and effective implementation of the Contribution.
Technical Assistance Fund. The fund will support co-operation and transfer of knowledge between Czech subjects and subjects in Norway especially on exchange of experience in area of co-operation with EU on adoption of relevant legislation in areas stated in the Annex B. The co-operation will be enabled on all administrative levels (state administrative, regional and local self-government), state institutions, universities and schools, professional xxxxxxxx and unions and non-governmental non-profit organisations.
Technical Assistance Fund. The Fund will support activities concerning costs related to publicity activities, workshops, preparation of technical documentation, translation of documents, monitoring agent etc.

The co-operation will be enabled on all administrative levels (state administrative, regional and local self-government), state institutions, universities and schools, professional xxxxxxxx and unions and non-governmental non-profit organisations.

Measures relating to information on and promotion of the possibilities of using funds from the EEA Financial Mechanism, preparation of management, implementation system, including monitoring, control and audit in the institutions involved in the implementation of the EEA Financial Mechanism and translation of documents and the assistance of experts and advisors
Technical Assistance Fund. Designing and establishing the TAF to supply support services for CBOs and federations in the areas of institution building, and financial and livelihood support services through, inter-alia: (i) capacity building for NGOs; (ii) microfinance investment and technical assistance to SHGs and VOs to access credit and undertake financial and credit management; (iii) supporting business development services to mobilize public, cooperative and private service providers in agriculture, livestock and non-farm sectors; and (iv) supporting innovations by individuals, enterprises, organizations and institutions in the public and private sector aimed at improving rural livelihoods.
Technical Assistance Fund. The Owner hereby agrees to submit to a project specific dedicated fund account in the one time amount of .50% for each one million dollars ($1,000,000) in total project cost. This fund shall be used to assist M/W/DBEs to secure bonding and obtain the technical assistance and business support necessary to successfully complete a contract. The Committee shall have the sole responsibility and discretion to establish guidelines for the provision of such technical assistance, and shall provide such grants to community based organizations with a strong record of serving M/W/DBEs. The awarding of grants shall take place through a transparent application process to be determined by the Labor-Management- Community Committee.
