TECHNICAL SUPPORT STATEMENT OF WORK. Motorola’s Technical Support service provides telephone consultation for technical issues that require a high level of ASTRO 25 network knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities. Remote Technical Support is delivered through the Motorola Solutions Support Center (SSC) by a staff of technical support specialists skilled in diagnosis and swift resolution of infrastructure performance and operational issues. Motorola applies leading industry standards in recording, monitoring, escalating and reporting for Technical Support calls from its contracted customers, reflecting the importance of maintaining mission critical systems.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT STATEMENT OF WORK. 5.1 Description of Services Technical Support service provides centralized remote telephone support for technical issues that require a high level of communications systems expertise or troubleshooting on Equipment. The SSC’s Technical Support Operation is staffed with technologists who specialize in the diagnosis and resolution of system performance issues. Technical Support Service (i) does not include software upgrades that may be required for issue resolution; (ii) does not include County training; and (iii) is only available for those system types that are supported and approved by Technical Support Operations.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. The Architect, upon a finding of defect or failure to conform, shall immediately notify the State and Contractor, in writing, of the defect. The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.
