Common use of Telephone/On-Line Services Clause in Contracts

Telephone/On-Line Services. RPS will promptly respond to any telephone calls from Administrators and/or Participants relating to the Retirement Accounts and/or questions pertaining to the Funds. RPS will also be responsible for providing a telephone voice response unit and on-line services. Procedures for processing telephone, voice response unit and on-line transactions will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
