Telephone regulations. The employee is entitled to call credit of a maximum of 15 minutes per week based on the cheapest (local) rate. There is no compensation if the telephone scheme offered by the employer is not used. This call credit cannot be accumulated, and cannot be carried over to subsequent weeks. The value of provisions is added to the salary in accordance with the statutory valuation standards, and involved in the deductions applicable to the salary as stated in Article 9 of this chapter.
