Television Motion Pictures. On Television Motion Pictures, the credit for Third Assistant Director, Assistant Location Manager, and Production Assistant shall be given at the Producer’s discretion.

Television Motion Pictures. On Television Motion Pictures, the credit for all Assistants, Clerks and Trainees shall be at the Producer’s discretion. (a) On all positive prints of each Theatrical and Television Motion Picture, any person performing the duties as the head of the Art Department, either the Production Designer or the Art Director, as the case may be, must be given by the Producer a head screen credit of at least equal size and prominence to the head credit of the Director of Photography, which screen credit shall appear immediately following or preceding the screen credit given the Director of Photography.
Television Motion Pictures. On Television Motion Pictures, the credit for Second Assistant Art Director and/or Art Department Trainee (PA) shall be given at the Producer’s discretion. (a) The Producer shall accord credit in a prominent place on all positive prints of each Theatrical and Television Motion Picture to the Editor who edited such Motion Picture. Screen credit for the Picture Editor shall read “Edited by” or “Editor” or “Film Editor”.
Television Motion Pictures. Producer shall make an aggregate contribution of $123.00 per day effective September 30, 2018 ($127.00 per day effective September 29, 2019; and $132.00 per day effective October 4, 2020), which amount shall be allocated among the United Scenic Artists Local 829 Pension Fund, the IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund and the IATSE Annuity Fund for employees employed on television motion pictures. The following chart reflects the contribution rates applicable to employees employed on television motion pictures during the periods indicated: IATSE Annuity Fund Allocation Per Day $ 13.00 * ** IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund Allocation Per Day $ 64.50 * ** Pension Plan Allocation Per Day $ 45.50 * ** TOTAL PER DAY $123.00 $127.00 $132.00 * The $4.00 per day increase in the contribution rate for the period September 29, 2019 to and including October 3, 2020 shall be allocated as follows: $1.00 per day to the IATSE Annuity Fund with the remainder to be allocated by mutual agreement of the bargaining parties on or before July 31, 2019. ** The $5.00 per day increase in the contribution rate for the period October 4, 2020 to and including September 30, 2021 shall be allocated as follows: $1.00 per day to the IATSE Annuity Fund with the remainder to be allocated by mutual agreement of the bargaining parties on or before July 31, 2020.

Television Motion Pictures. (i) For Make-up Artists and Hair Stylists employed on television motion pictures in Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and the District of Columbia: (A) $5.57 per hour for each hour worked, up to eight (8) hours in any day, plus $32.00 per day ($33.00 per day effective March 3, 2019 and $34.00 per day effective March 1, 2020) to the IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund; (B) $3.46 per hour for each hour worked, up to eight (8) hours in any day, plus $8.00 per day ($8.50 per day effective March 3, 2019 and $9.00 per day effective March 1, 2020) to the Local #798 Pension Fund; and (C) $10.00 per day ($10.50 per day effective March 3, 2019 and $11.00 per day effective March 1, 2020) for each day worked to the IATSE Annuity Fund. (ii) For Make-up Artists and Hair Stylists employed on television motion pictures in Florida: (A) $5.57 per hour for each hour worked, up to eight (8) hours in any day, plus $32.00 per day ($33.00 per day effective March 3, 2019 and $34.00 per day effective March 1, 2020) to the IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund; (B) $4.46 per hour for each hour worked, up to eight (8) hours in any day, plus $8.00 per day ($8.50 per day effective March 3, 2019 and $9.00 per day effective March 1, 2020) to the Local #798 Pension Fund; and (C) $10.00 per day ($10.50 per day effective March 3, 2019 and $11.00 per day effective March 1, 2020) for each day worked to the IATSE Annuity Fund. (iii) For Make-up Artists and Hair Stylists employed on television motion pictures in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, in lieu of an hourly contribution to the IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund and the Local #798 Pension Fund and a separate IATSE Annuity Fund contribution, the Company shall make an aggregate contribution to the IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund, the Local #798 Pension Fund and the IATSE Annuity Fund of $141.00 per day effective March 1, 2019 (allocated $69.00 per day to the IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund, $52.34 per day to the Local #798 Pension Fund and $19.66 per day to the IATSE Annuity Fund for the period March 1, 2019 to and including March 2, 2019), $143.00 per day effective March 3, 2019 (allocated $70.00 per day to the IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund, $52.84 per day to the Local #798 Pension Fund and $20.16 per day to the IATSE Annuity Fund for the period March 3, 2019 to and including February 29, 2020) and $145.00 per day effective March 1, 2020 (allocated $71.0...

Such amounts shall be allocated among the United Scenic Artists Local 829 Pension Fund, the IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund and/or the IATSE Annuity Fund as follows: For the period September 30, 2018 through September 28, 2019, $64.50 to the IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund; $45.50 to the United Scenic Artists Local 829 Pension Fund and $13.00 to the IATSE Annuity Fund. For the period September 29, 2019 through October 3, 2020, $1.00 of the $4.00 per day increase shall be allocated to the IATSE Annuity Fund and the remainder of the increase shall be allocated by mutual agreement of the bargaining parties on or before July 31, 2019. For the period October 4, 2020 through September 30, 2021, $1.00 of the $5.00 per day increase shall be allocated to the IATSE Annuity Fund and the remainder of the increase shall be allocated by mutual agreement of the bargaining parties on or before July 31, 2020.
