TELLABS' EFFORTS. Tellabs shall use its best effort to resolve End User support problem without Riverstone's assistance and insure that all Product problems and technical inquiries are reported in a standard format. Tellabs shall cooperate with Riverstone in identification of "bug fixes" and work-arounds and the provision of Third Level Support.
