Common use of Temporary Employee Benefits Clause in Contracts

Temporary Employee Benefits. 27.1 Temporary employees and other employees who are not considered as continuous staff, and who are hired by Xxxxx Xxxxxx University, shall be paid the going hourly rate for their classification as shown in Appendix A. In addition, such employees shall receive twenty (20) percent of their hourly rate in lieu of all fringe benefits except as outlined in Article 27.2.
