Common use of Temporary Extension Clause in Contracts

Temporary Extension. At the discretion of the Local Board and State Board, a Charter may be extended for a grace period not exceeding sixty (60) days. A temporary extension must be in writing and mutually agreed upon by the parties to this Charter.
