Tenancy Agreement Term & Termination Notice. the Tenancy Agreement shall be a fixed term tenancy agreement ending so as to enable the Owner to occupy the Employee Unit when required by this Agreement and the Owner of the Employee Unit shall provide notice to the Tenant ending the tenancy sufficiently in advance of the date specified in the Tenancy Agreement for the end of the tenancy so as to enable the Owner to end the tenancy on that date in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Tenancy Act (British Columbia);
