Common use of Tenant and Persons Clause in Contracts

Tenant and Persons. Within Tenant’s Control shall comply with the Rules and Regulations. Nothing contained in this Lease shall be construed to impose upon Landlord any duty or obligation to enforce the Rules and Regulations or the terms, covenants or conditions in any other lease against any other tenant, and Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for violation of the same by any other tenant, its employees, agents, visitors or licensees. Landlord shall not discriminate against Tenant in enforcing the Rules and Regulations. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Lease and of any of the Rules and Regulations as originally or as hereafter adopted, the provisions of this Lease shall control.
