Common use of Tenant to Keep Premises Clean Clause in Contracts

Tenant to Keep Premises Clean. In addition to the foregoing, and not in limitation of it, Tenant shall also, at Tenant’s own expense, undertake all replacement of all plate glass and light bulbs, florescent tubes and ballasts, and decorating, redecorating and cleaning of the interior of the Premises, and shall keep and maintain the Premises in a clean condition, free from debris, trash, refuse, snow and ice.
