Common use of Tenant’s Exercise Rights Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Exercise Rights. In the event Tenant is in default under any provision of this Lease then, at Landlord’s sole election: (i) Tenant shall not have the right to exercise any available right, option or election under this Lease (“Tenant’s Exercise Rights”), (ii) Tenant shall not have the right to consummate any transaction or event triggered by the exercise of any of Tenant’s Exercise Rights, and (iii) Landlord shall not be obligated to give Tenant any required notices or information relating to the exercise of any of Xxxxxx’s Exercise Rights hereunder.
