Common use of Tenant’s Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Restrictions. Tenant shall not cause or permit to occur: (a) Any violation of any federal, state or local law, ordinance, or regulation now or hereafter enacted, related to environmental conditions on, under or about the Leased Premises, arising from Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Leased Premises, including but not limited to, soil and ground water conditions; or (b) The use, generation, release, manufacture, refining, production, processing, storage, or disposal of any Hazardous Substances on, under, or about the Leased Premises or the transportation to or from the Leased Premises of any Hazardous Substances, except as may be permitted by applicable law and regulation.

Tenant’s Restrictions. Tenant shall not cause or permit to occur: (a1) Any violation of any federal, state state, or local law, ordinance, or regulation now or hereafter enacted, related to environmental conditions on, under under, or about the Leased Premises, and arising from Tenant’s 's use or occupancy of the Leased PremisesPremises including, including but not limited to, soil and ground water conditions; or (b2) The use, generation, release, manufacture, refining, production, processing, storage, or disposal of any Hazardous Substances Substance in quantities in excess of one (1) gallon on, under, or about the Leased Premises Premises, or the transportation to or from the Leased Premises of any Hazardous Substances, except as may specifically disclosed on Schedule A to this lease or otherwise approved in writing in advance by Landlord (which approval shall not be permitted by applicable law and regulationunreasonably withheld or delayed).

Tenant shall not cause or permit to occur: (ai) Any violation of any federal, state or local law, ordinance, ordinance or regulation now or hereafter enacted, related to environmental conditions on, under or about the Leased Premises, or arising from Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Leased Premises, including including, but not limited to, soil and ground water conditions; or (bii) The use, generation, release, manufacture, refining, production, processing, storage, storage or disposal of any Hazardous Substances on, under, under or about the Leased Premises or the Center, or the transportation to or from the Leased Premises or the Center of any Hazardous Substances, except as may be permitted by applicable law and regulation.

Tenant’s Restrictions. Tenant shall not cause or permit to occur: (a) Any violation of any federal, state state, or local law, ordinance, or regulation now or hereafter enacted, related to environmental conditions on, under or about the Leased Premises, or arising from Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Leased Premises, including including, but not limited to, soil and ground water groundwater conditions; or (b) The use, generation, release, manufacture, refining, production, processing, storage, or disposal of any Hazardous Substances Substance on, under, under or about the Leased Premises Premises, or the transportation to or from the Leased Premises of any Hazardous SubstancesSubstance, except as for those Hazardous Substances that may be permitted by applicable law and regulationgenerally found in the equipment, fixtures, supplies, machinery or furniture incident to the operations of the business identified in Section 2 above, in quantities generally associated with such business.
