Tender Prices. 17.1 Tenderers will be deemed to have satisfied themselves, before submitting their tender, to its correctness and completeness, to have taken account of all that is required for the full and proper performance of the contract, and to have included all costs in their rates and prices. 17.2 The tender must be submitted in Euro (€). 17.3 Tenderers must quote all components of the price inclusive of taxes, customs and import duties, and any discounts.
