TENTATIVE AGREEMENT REACHED. Recently in the month of November, the Union and Company met for negotiations in an effort to conclude terms for an amended Collective Bargaining Agreement. At the conclusion of those meetings, a complete set of terms was reached that were then subject to an approval process from Aer Lingus headship in Ireland and also from the IAM Transportation Department leadership. I am pleased to report that the new terms have be approved by both entities and can announce the new terms of a Tentative Agreement. Some of the details include:

For the 2025-2027 3-2025 biennium, the Employer Medical Contribution 4 (EMC) will be an amount equal to eighty-five percent (85%) of the monthly 5 premium for the self-insured Uniform Medical Plan (UMP) Classic for each 7 by the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB). In no instance will the 8 employee contribution be less than two percent (2%) of the EMC per month.
