Term and Validity. This Supplementary Agreement shall be drawn up in both English and the language of the country of each Partner Institution, with the obligation of certifying that the translation conforms to the original English text. This Supplementary Agreement will come into effect upon signing, and shall be considered to be in force and valid for a period of 3 years (different length need to be discussed). It will be renewed automatically for subsequent 3-year terms unless either party is formally notified by the other through written notice of a desire to terminate the Agreement. Such notice must be received no less than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the termination date. Either partner unit may terminate this Agreement. Such a request for termination shall not prevent the continuation of activities already underway.
