Term for Drought Response Operations. Drought response operations as contemplated through this Drought Response Operations Agreement will not extend beyond the term for operations as set forth in the Record of Decision for the 2007 Colorado River Interim Guidelines for Lower Basin Shortages and the Coordinated Operations for Lake Xxxxxx and Lake Xxxx (through implementation of the 2026 Annual Operating Plan unless terminated sooner). Operations to recover storage after a drought response operation has been implemented will continue as long as necessary to recover from any drought response operations taken before October 1, 2026.
