TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. The Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and (unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or it is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall terminate at the end of the Term.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the “Commencement Date” and shall expire a maximum of four (4) Years after the Commencement Date, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law (“Term”).
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the 1 July 2013 (the “Commencement Date”) and save where extended pursuant to this Clause 2 shall expire twenty-four (24) months from the Commencement Date (the period between the Commencement Date and this date shall be known as the “Initial Term”);
2.2 The Authority may extend the duration of this Framework Agreement by up to two consecutive periods of twelve (12) months each (the “Extension Period”) by giving the Supplier no less than three (3) Months' written notice prior to the end of the Initial Term and subsequently by giving the Supplier no less than three (3) Months written notice and prior to the end of the first Extension Period.
2.3 References to the Term shall be the Initial Term inclusive of any Extension Period where applicable.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Framework Agreement commences on 2 January 2012 (the “Commencement Date”) and (unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or it is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall expire on 1 January 2016.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT.
2.1 This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the 5 July 2012 (the “Commencement Date”) and shall expire two (2) years after the Commencement Date, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law (“Term”).
2.2 At the end of the Term described at clause above, the Authority shall have the option of extending this Framework Agreement on the same terms for a further period of up to six (6) months (‘the Extension Period’) with a further option to extend for further six (6) month periods from the conclusion of any Extension Period (‘a Subsequent Extension Period’). If the Authority intends to exercise this option it shall give notice to such effect to the Supplier no later than three (3) months prior to the date upon which this Framework Agreement would otherwise expire and such notice shall include details of the duration of the relevant extension.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 3.1. This Framework Agreement shall take effect from the Framework Commencement Date and shall continue, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law, for two (2) Years (“Initial Period”) when it shall terminate automatically without notice unless, no later than three (3) Months before the end of the Initial Period, the Authority gives notice to extend the Initial Period in accordance with Clause 3.2.
3.2. At the end of the Initial Period, the Authority shall have the option to extend the Initial Period of this Framework Agreement on the same terms for up to two (2) further periods of up to 12 Months each. If the Authority intends to exercise the option to extend this Framework Agreement for the first period, it shall give the first notice to the Supplier no later than three (3) Months prior to the end of the Initial Period and such notice shall include details of the duration of the relevant extension. If the Authority intends to exercise the option to extend the Framework Agreement for a second period, it shall give the second notice to the Supplier no later than three (3) Months prior to the date upon which the first period of extension is due to expire, and shall include details of the duration of the relevant extension.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and shall expire eighteen (18) Months from that date unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law. SCOPE OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT Without prejudice to Clause FW-29., this Framework Agreement governs the relationship between the Authority and the Supplier in respect of the provision of the Services. The Supplier acknowledges that there is no obligation whatsoever on any Contracting Body to invite or select the Supplier to provide any Services and/or to purchase any Services under this Framework Agreement. No undertaking or any form of statement, promise, representation or obligation shall be deemed to have been made by the Authority or any Other Contracting Body in respect of the total quantities or values of the Services to be ordered by them pursuant to this Framework Agreement and the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that it has not entered into this Framework Agreement on the basis of any such undertaking, statement, promise or representation. ASSURANCE The Authority, or any agent of the Authority, shall be entitled to verify at any time by any reasonable means that the representations made in the Tender and any Service Package offered by the Supplier are accurate and reflect the actual characteristics of the Services being offered by the Supplier and any representation found to be inaccurate shall be deemed a material Default.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 2.1 The Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and (unless it is extended in accordance with clause 2.2 or terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall terminate at the end of the 2nd anniversary of the Commencement Date.
2.2 The Council may extend this Agreement for a further period or periods of up to a further 12 months by providing the Provider 3 months’ notice before the end of the current Term. On acceptance by the Provider, the Agreement shall continue for the period set out in the notice.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 3.1. This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement, shall continue in full force and effect for the Term.
3.2. CITB-ConstructionSkills shall be entitled on giving notice in writing not less than [3 months] prior to expiry of the Initial Term to extend this Framework Agreement for a further period not exceeding one year from expiry of the Initial Term.
3.3. The provisions of this Framework Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis during any Renewal Term.
3.4. If CITB-ConstructionSkills does not extend this Framework Agreement beyond the Initial Term, this Framework Agreement shall expire on expiry of the Initial Term.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. The Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and (unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or it is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall remain in force for a period of two Years. The Authority shall have the option of extending this Framework Agreement in relation to any one Lot or Lots for up to two (2) additional consecutive terms of up to one (1) Year each. The Authority may exercise any such option by identifying the Lot(s) for renewal giving the Provider notice of its intention to renew not less than three (3) months prior to the date when this Framework Agreement would otherwise expire in such instance. For the purposes of this Framework Agreement, the initial period and any extensions thereof shall be referred to as the ‘Term’.
