TERM OF MANAGERS. A Manager shall serve as such until he or she dies, is adjudicated incompetent, voluntarily resigns, or is removed as a Manager. Any Manager may resign at any time by giving written notice to all of the Members, and, unless otherwise specified therein, the acceptance of such resignation shall not be necessary to make it effective. Any Manager may be removed by the majority vote of the Members. A Manager who is also a Member may also vote as a Member to block his or her removal and such vote shall be counted when calculating the vote of the Members.
TERM OF MANAGERS. Pursuant to Section 15-1 of the Act, a Manager shall serve as such until he or she dies, is adjudicated incompetent, voluntarily resigns, or is removed as a Manager. TERM OF MANAGERS. Any Manager may be removed at any time by unanimous vote of the Members, with or without cause. In the event any Manager resigns, dies or otherwise ceases to act as Manager, the Members shall appoint one or more successor Managers to serve for terms designated by the Members.
TERM OF MANAGERS. Each Manager shall be designated to serve until the earliest of (i) the designation and qualification of such Manager’s successor, (ii) the resignation or removal of such Manager in accordance with Section 4.01(d) or Section 4.01(f) and (iii) such Manager’s death or disability.
TERM OF MANAGERS. Managers shall serve until a successor or successors are duly elected and have qualified, or until their earlier resignation or removal.

TERM OF MANAGERS. Each Manager shall hold office until:
A. The next annual meeting of Members or until his or her successor shall have been elected and qualified;
B. The resignation of such Manager from the Company;
C. Removal of such Manager by the Members of the Company in the manner set forth in this Agreement.
TERM OF MANAGERS. Each Manager shall hold office and have the terms and responsibilities accorded to him or her by the terms hereof until resignation or removal by the Members in accordance with Section 4.08; provided, however, that Leiber may remove the Leiber Manager at any time in its sole and absolute discretion and for the avoidance of doubt, no other party may remove the Leiber Manager.
TERM OF MANAGERS. Each Manager shall serve until the earlier of the following events:
a. the Manager becomes disabled, dies, retires or otherwise withdraws from management;
b. the Manager’s term expires, if a term has been designated in other provisions of this agreement. Comment [MSOffice12]: The Member/Manger may resign his management position. TERM OF MANAGERS. Each member of the Board of Managers shall be elected for a term of one year, and until his or her successor has been duly elected and shall have qualified, or until his or her earlier resignation or removal.
