Common use of Term of Master Servicing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of Master Servicing Agreement. The obligations to be performed by the Master Servicer under this Agreement shall commence on and as of the date on which the Issuer issues the Securities and shall terminate as to each Mortgage Loan upon (i) the payment in full of all principal and interest due under such Mortgage Loan or other liquidation of such Mortgage Loan as contemplated by this Agreement, (ii) the termination of the Master Servicer's rights and powers under this Agreement by the Trustee as provided in Section 7(a) of this Agreement, or (iii) the release by the Trustee of its security interest in any Mortgage Loan.

Term of Master Servicing Agreement. The obligations to be performed by the Master Servicer under this Agreement shall commence on and as of the date on which the Issuer issues the Securities Bonds and shall terminate as to each Mortgage Loan upon (i) the payment in full of all principal and interest due under such Mortgage Loan or other liquidation of such Mortgage Loan as contemplated by this Agreement, (ii) the termination of the Master Servicer's rights and powers under this Agreement by the Indenture Trustee as provided in Section 7(a) of this Agreement, or (iii) the release by the Indenture Trustee of its security interest in any such Mortgage Loan.

Term of Master Servicing Agreement.
