TERM OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall operate from 11th March 2006 and shall have a nominal expiry date of Friday 27th February 2009.
TERM OF OPERATION. 16.1.1 The operation term of the Company shall be fifty (50) years from the incorporation of the Company (“Term of Operation”). The Company may extend the term in accordance with Section 16.1.2, or terminate this Agreement before expiration in accordance with Sections 16.2.2 and 16.2.3.
16.1.2 Company may extend its Term of Operation under the unanimous approval of the Board. On such occasion, the Company shall immediately change its relevant business registrations as required by Laws.
TERM OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall operate from date of lodgement with the Office of Employment Advocate and shall have a nominal expiry date of 30 June 2009.
TERM OF OPERATION. 30. The term of the Joint Venture shall be 30 years, starting from the issuance date of the business license. The parties may agree to renew the term of operation, as approved by the board of director, and apply with the relevant government authorities for approval of renewal within 6 months before the expiration of the term.
TERM OF OPERATION. Developer shall maintain its operations at the Minimum Improvements on the Development Property, including the employee obligations in Section 6.6, until the Termination Date of this Agreement.
TERM OF OPERATION. 2.1 This Contract shall bind the Parties immediately upon execution (“Commencement Date”).
2.2 However, other than this section and sections 12, 15.8 and 15.9, this Contract shall have no effect unless all of the following conditions precedent are fulfilled on or before 31 December 2006 or another date agreed by the Parties in writing:
(a) approval of the Feasibility Study of the Project by the Relevant State Agencies;
(b) approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment report of the Project by the Relevant State Agencies;
(c) approval of the joint venture contract and articles of association of the Company by the Relevant State Agencies; and
(d) approval of the land required for project construction by the Relevant State Agencies. If the fulfilment of any condition precedent above requires or would be assisted by conduct of a Party, that Party must use its best efforts to ensure that the condition is fulfilled.
2.3 This Contract shall expire 20 years after the Commercial Operation Date of the Plant.
TERM OF OPERATION. Except for the JVC’s dissolution in accordance with Article 44 of this Agreement, the JVC’s term of operation shall be from March 23, 2020 to permanence.
TERM OF OPERATION. Tenant shall continue its operations in the Minimum Improvements on the Development Property and its other obligations contained in this Agreement, including the employee obligations in Section 6.6, until the Termination Date of this Agreement.
TERM OF OPERATION. The Agreement will commence on 30 April 2018, or 7 days after approval by the FWC, whichever is the later. The nominal expiry date is 30 April 2020.
TERM OF OPERATION. The joint venture company has a term of operation of 12 years, and its founding date is the day when the business license is issued. If agreed by both parties, or proposed by one party and passed unanimously by the meeting of the Board of Directors, an application may be submitted to the government body that originally approved the setting up of the joint venture company for prolonging the term of operation six months before expiration of the term.
