Term of Subscription. The subscription term to the JAGGAER Applications shall be as set forth in the Order Form (the “Subscription Term”). Any renewal(s) of the Subscription Term shall be in accordance with terms set forth in the Order Form.

Term of Subscription. Subscriptions to the Software commence on the first day of the month of the Go-Live Date and continue for the Subscription Term specified in the applicable Order Form. Unless otherwise set forth in an Order Form, subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional periods of one year for the fees set forth in the applicable Order Form unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then-current Subscription Term. EWS reserves the right to increase Subscription fees in a reasonable manner by notifying Customer at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of a Subscription Term that is then in effect. Increases, if any, shall be no greater than the cumulative increases in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) since the beginning of the initial Subscription Term or the latest price increase effective date, whichever is later.
Term of Subscription. Services provided under this MSA shall be provided for the period defined in the applicable Order Form unless earlier terminated by the Company. The term of the Subscription to use the Services and any renewal(s) periods are collectively defined as the “Subscription Term.” This MSA commences on the date your Order Form is accepted by the Company and continues until all Subscription Terms have expired or been terminated. Except as otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, all Subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional one-year periods, unless a Party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least ninety (90) days before the end of the relevant Subscription term.
Term of Subscription. Fee The initial subscription term for each Service shall be as set forth on Supplement (the "Initial Term") attached hereto and made part hereof. For the Services provided by MCM, Customer agrees to pay MCM the subscription fees indicated on the relevant Supplement. Fees charged upon the renewal of any subscription shall be those set forth on MCM's then current price lists. All subscription fees shall be paid quarterly in advance on the commencement of the subscription term and thereafter on the first calendar quarter. Customer shall also pay in addition to any subscription fee, any tax, however characterized, arising out of this subscription other than taxes based on the net income of MCM.
Term of Subscription. The duration of the Subscription (the “Term”) shall be originally twelve months and after this period it will be renewed for twelve months, beginning on the 1st of the month. It is automatically renewed for an equal Term, unless either party provides a written notice of termination minimum 90 days before the end of the Term by email to the other party.
Term of Subscription. Each subscription is for the term you registered for pursuant to the Purchase Documentation (for example, a monthly subscription or an annual subscription). Your subscription(s) will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the original subscription term unless your subscription has been cancelled at least three (3) business days prior to the end of your then-current subscription term in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth in Section 8 immediately below. When offered by us, certain Services may allow for you to add features, additional Services, or register to upgrade subscriptions for Services. If you choose to upgrade your Services subscription during your subscription term, any increase in subscription charges associated with such upgrade will be prorated over the remaining period of your then current subscription term and will be charged and due and payable upon implementation of such upgrade. Upon renewal of your subscription term, your subscription fees will reflect any such upgrades.

Unless otherwise set forth in an Order Form, upon the expiration of the Subscription Term, the Subscription Term to the JAGGAER Applications shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year periods, unless (i) either party provides written notice to the other of its intent not to renew at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Subscription Term or (ii) Client and JAEGGER execute an Order Form for a multi-year Subscription Term prior to the expiration of the Subscription Term (written notice to JAGGAER shall be provided either to XX@XXXXXXX.xxx or JAGGAER’s address set forth below, attention: “JAGGAER Finance Department).
Term of Subscription. The term of Subscription will be set forth in DSA Offer. Subscription is automatically renewed with the same conditions for subsequent period of the same length as the initial term unless Party requests.
Term of Subscription. This Agreement will commence upon the Effective Date and continue for the one-year initial term unless this Agreement is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement will automatically renew for additional successive one-year terms unless at least 60 days before the end of the then-current term either party provides written notice to the other party that it does not want to renew.
