TERM OF UNDERSTANDING. 13.1 The Understanding is effective for a term beginning on the date of the last signature and ending on the date, unless one of the Parties terminates it in writing, in accordance with section 15 of the Understanding.

TERM OF UNDERSTANDING. 3.1 The term of this MOU is for a period of three years from the effective date of this MOU and may be extended upon written mutual agreement. It shall be reviewed at least annually.
