TERM OF UNDERSTANDING. 3.1 The term of this MOU is for a period of three years from the effective date of this MOU and may be extended upon written mutual agreement. It shall be reviewed at least annually.
3.2 Either organisation may terminate this MOU in writing, without notice or cause, and without penalties or liabilities. Upon termination the relationship of affiliation between the organisations ceases.
TERM OF UNDERSTANDING. This understanding will expire on September 30,1980, unless renewed and signed by both agencies to continue it in effect until the following September 30. Both agencies must meet in September of each year to review the understanding and to plan their cooperative programs for the following year. This understanding, in its entirety, or in part, may be revised by mutual consent or terminated upon thirty days written notice by either agency. TERM OF UNDERSTANDING a. This 2021 MOU will take effect on the date it is signed by both Parties.
b. This 2021 MOU ends on April 1, 2036, 25 years from the Maa-nulth Treaty EffectiveDate.
c. The Parties recognize and acknowledge that this 2021 MOU provides a foundation for an ongoing relationship among the Parties in respect of 2.13.0 of the Maa-nulth Treaty and commit to conducting a review of this 2021 MOU by March 31, 2031 to review progress on implementation of this 2021 MOU.
TERM OF UNDERSTANDING. This Memorandum of Understanding incorporates all modifications regarding wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment. The term of this Memorandum of Understanding (hereafter referred to as "Understanding") shall be July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2009.
TERM OF UNDERSTANDING. This Memorandum may be amended only with the consent of both parties. Amendment(s) must be in writing and are not effective until signed by both parties.

TERM OF UNDERSTANDING. The undersigned is an authorized representative of Howitt & Co and Kopernik which both parties have agreed to the contents of this agreement without any coercion from any party.
TERM OF UNDERSTANDING. This MOU remains in effect until such time as either party withdraws from the agreement by delivering a written notice of voluntary disassociation to the other party as outlined in Section V., Voluntary Disassociation, above. IN WITNES WHEREOF, duly authorized representatives of the parties have agreed to the understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and terms set forth above.
