Common use of Term Positions: Non‐Recurring and Replacement Clause in Contracts

Term Positions: Non‐Recurring and Replacement. 15.2.1 Employees may occupy the same Term position for: a) Up to twelve (12) months when the Term position is conditionally funded (Non‐recurring Term), or; b) For recurring periods of thirty‐six (36) months with no inactive period for Residence Life Supervisor and Residence Life Coordinator positions where living in the University Residence is a job requirement, or; c) Until the incumbent returns to work when the position is encumbered but the regular incumbent is on leave from the position (Replacement Term).
