TERM, RENEWAL AND EXTENSIONS. If all other conditions precedent to a Lease have been met, the Lease Term for the System described on each Schedule shall commence on the date of Lessee's execution of an Acceptance Certificate ("Commencement Date"), and continue for the number of whole months, or other periods set forth in such Schedule ("Initial Term"), the first such full month commencing on the first day of the month following the Commencement Date (or commencing on the Commencement Date if such date is the first day of the month). If Lessee selects Purchase Option B or C in the applicable Schedule, on the expiration date of the Initial Term, the Lease shall be automatically renewed for a six-month period ("Renewal Term") unless, by giving written notice to Lessor six (6) months prior to the expiration date, the Lessee elects to terminate the Lease. After the Renewal Term, at Lessor's option, the Lease shall be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis until either party gives the other not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice of its intention to terminate the Lease. Any renewals and extensions shall be on the same terms and conditions as during the Initial Term. "Term" shall mean the applicable Initial Term, the Renewal Term, if any, and any extension thereof as provided herein.

TERM, RENEWAL AND EXTENSIONS. This Agreement will become effective upon execution by both Lessee and Lessor and shall continue in effect thereafter so long as any Lease remains in effect and may be terminated thereafter upon the mutual agreement of the parties. Provided all other conditions precedent to a Lease have been met, the lease term for the System described on each Schedule shall commence on the earlier of the date of execution by the Lessee of Lessor's form of Delivery and Acceptance Certificate or the date Lessor deems the System accepted pursuant to Section 6 herein ("Commencement Date"), and continue and be non-cancellable for the full number of months or other periods as set forth in such Schedule ("Initial Term"), plus any mutually agreed extension thereto, if any, (collectively, the "Term"), the first such full month commencing on the first day of the month following the Commencement Date (or commencing on the Commencement Date if such date is the first day of the month).
TERM, RENEWAL AND EXTENSIONS. If all other conditions precedent to a Lease have been met, the Term for the System described on each Schedule shall commence on the date Lessee accepts the System as set forth in an Acceptance Certificate ("Commencement Date"), and continue for thirty-six (36) whole months ("Initial Term"), the first such full month commencing on the first day of the month following the Commencement Date (or commencing on the Commencement Date if such date is the first day of the month). On the expiration date of the Initial Term, the Lease shall be automatically renewed for a six-month period ("Renewal Term") unless, by giving written notice to Lessor three (3) months prior to the expiration date ("Notification Date"), the Lessee elects to terminate the Lease or Lessor and Lessee agree to a specific extension of the Lease. At least fifteen (15) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the Notification Date, Lessor shall give Lessee written notice reminding Lessee of the existence of the preceding Lease provision. After the Renewal Term the Lease shall be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis until either party gives the other not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice of its intention to terminate the Lease. Any renewals and extensions shall be on the same terms and conditions as during the Initial Term and, for the avoidance of doubt, the Rent payable shall be that specified with respect to the final month of the Initial Term.
TERM, RENEWAL AND EXTENSIONS. The second, third and fourth sentences of Section 2 are deleted and the following substituted in lieu thereof: If Lessee selects Purchase Option B or C in the Schedule, Lessee must give Lessor not less than four (4) months written notice of its intent to (a) renew the Lease ("Option Renewal Term") with such renewal to be on the same terms and conditions as the Lease for the Initial Term, except that the Optional Renewal Term shall be for a six month period commencing on the first day after the expiration date of the Initial Term, and the Rent for the System during the Optional Renewal Term shall be equal to the then fair market rental value for the System; (b) exercise its purchase option set forth in Section 10 in the Schedule, or (c) return the System in accordance with Section 9 of the Schedule.

  • Term; Renewal Subject to Section 4.02 hereof, this Agreement has a one-year term and shall continue in force until the first anniversary of the date hereof. Thereafter, this Agreement may be renewed for an unlimited number of successive one-year terms upon mutual consent of the parties. It is the Board’s duty to evaluate the performance of the Advisor annually before renewing the Agreement, and each such renewal shall be for a term of no more than one year.

  • EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION This Contract expires December 5, 2024, unless it is terminated sooner pursuant to Article XX of the General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this Contract by reference.   • Extension Term The options to extend the Term of this Lease as described above shall not be deemed exercised by Tenant unless at least twenty-four (24) months prior to the Lease Expiration Date for the Primary Term or at least twenty-four (24) months prior to the expiration of the Extension Term for the first (1st) Extension Term, Tenant shall have delivered written notice to Landlord of Tenant's irrevocable election to so extend this Lease at the end of the Primary Term or the first (1st) Extension Term, as applicable. Tenant's failure to deliver one (1) such timely notice to Landlord shall terminate all future Extension Terms, if any, following the Extension Term to which such notice specifically relates. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 5 of this Lease, the terms and conditions of this Lease shall apply to each Extension Term with the same force and effect as if such Extension Term had originally been included in the Primary Term of the Lease. The right of Tenant to exercise its rights with respect to the Extension Terms shall be conditioned upon this Lease being in full force and effect and no Event of Default then existing as of the Lease Expiration Date (for the first (1st) Extension Term), or expiration of the first (1st) Extension Term (for the second (2nd) Extension Term). The Primary Term, together with any Extension Term with respect to which Tenant properly exercises its option, and for which the conditions related thereto are satisfied, shall constitute the "TERM" of this Lease.

  • Waivers and Extensions Any party to this Agreement may waive any right, breach or default which such party has the right to waive, provided that such waiver will not be effective against the waiving party unless it is in writing, is signed by such party, and specifically refers to this Agreement. Waivers may be made in advance or after the right waived has arisen or the breach or default waived has occurred. Any waiver may be conditional. No waiver of any breach of any agreement or provision herein contained shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach thereof nor of any other agreement or provision herein contained. No waiver or extension of time for performance of any obligations or acts shall be deemed a waiver or extension of the time for performance of any other obligations or acts.

  • Delays and Extensions The CONSULTANT agrees that no charges or claim for damages shall be made by it for any minor delays from any cause whatsoever during the progress of any portion of the Services specified in this Contract. Such delays, if any, shall be compensated for by an extension of time for such period as may be determined by the LPA subject to the CONSULTANT's approval, it being understood, however, that permitting the CONSULTANT to proceed to complete any services, or any part of them after the date to which the time of completion may have been extended, shall in no way operate as a waiver on the part of the LPA of any of its rights herein. CONSULTANT must notify the LPA in writing of a material change in the work immediately after the CONSULTANT first recognizes the material change.

  • Term and Renewal Options The term of service is 24 months (Initial Term). Following the expiration of the Initial Term, service under this option will continue on a month-to-month basis subject to the terms and conditions, including rates and discounts set forth under this option (Extension Term). The Company or the Customer may elect to forego the Extension Term by providing the other party written notice at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term. Either party may terminate service during the Extension Term by providing the other party at least 60 days prior written notice. Term shall mean the Initial Term and the Extension Term.
