Common use of TERM, RENT AND PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

TERM, RENT AND PAYMENT. (a) The rent payable hereunder (the "RENT") and Lessee's right to use any Unit of Equipment shall commence on the date of execution by Lessee of the Certificate of Acceptance for such Unit of Equipment (each such date, a "LEASE COMMENCEMENT DATE"). The term of this Agreement with respect to any Unit of Equipment (the "TERM") shall be the period specified in the applicable Schedule. If any Term is extended or renewed, the word "Term" shall be deemed to refer to all extended or renewed terms, and all provisions of this Agreement shall apply during any extended or renewed terms, except as otherwise may be specifically provided in writing.

The term of this Agreement with respect the Lease for any Equipment shall commence on the Lease Commencement Date and shall continue (unless earlier cancelled or terminated) pursuant to any Unit the provisions of Equipment the applicable Schedule (the "TERMTerm") shall be the period specified in the applicable Schedule). If any Term term is extended or renewed, the word "Term" shall be deemed to refer to all extended or renewed renewal terms, and all provisions of this Agreement shall apply during any extended such extension or renewed renewal terms, except as otherwise may be otherwise specifically provided in writing.
