Term, Termination and Effective Date. This MOA will become effective upon the date of signature of all Parties. It will remain in effect until it is terminated by the Parties. Any Party may terminate its participation in the MOA by providing one hundred-eighty (180) days’ written notice to the other Parties, which notice shall be transmitted by hand or other means of delivery confirmation.
